WHO IS THIS PACKAGE FOR:
This package was designed for the international couple who wants to get married in South Africa and wants every single detail completely handled by people they trust. You are based overseas and you care deeply about the experience of every guest who is flying across the world to celebrate with you. You do not want to spend your wedding week wondering if the shuttle arrived, whether the dietary requirements were passed on, or whether your guests feel looked after.
You want to hand it all to someone who knows South Africa and that has a record of excellence in making the magic happen for our couples.
This is our signature package and it is what we do best. From the moment your guests receive their invitations to the moment we wave them off at the airport, we hold every single detail so that you never have to. Your guests will know our name before they land. They will feel looked after before they even arrive.
Curating an experience around what you envision for your guests in their journey to South Africa. Be it a African safari, a Cape Winelands event or a combination of it all we work with you to make your vision come to life.
What is included:
– Unlimited consultations from first call to farewell
– Full venue sourcing and supplier management across all categories
– Budget creation and supplier payment management
– Invitation management and guest communication from day one
– Complete RSVP management including dietary needs, preferences, and even t-shirt sizes (If we need that of course)
– Personalized guest information packs and week itineraries
– Airport meet and greet and coordination of all guest transport throughout the week (Drivers and shuttle services quoted separately)
– Welcome gift design and sourcing: local, personal, and thoughtful
– Dedicated WhatsApp guest line — your guests know us by name before they land
– Full on-site management throughout the wedding week
– Coordination of all events including welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch
– Post-event wrap-up, supplier settlement, and follow-up
Planning a celebration like this takes a dedicated team and time commitment. In order for us to provide excellent service to each of our couples we only take on 6 weddings per year.
Team travel and accommodation are billed separately. All external suppliers are additional and managed transparently within your agreed budget.

The Ground Crew

WHO IS THIS PACKAGE FOR:
This package was designed for ground support so whether you are the wedding planner based overseas who is planning a South African wedding for your client and needs a trusted, experienced ground team to execute it with the same care and standard you would deliver yourself OR the couple who has chosen to plan your own wedding but knows that when the day comes, you need someone who knows South Africa to assist with taking everything you have planned and making sure it actually happens.
We ensure that when you arrive in country everything actually happens as scheduled and your guests are taken care of every step of the way.
What is included:
– Guest communication management from 12 weeks out
– RSVP tracking, dietary requirements and personalized guest information packs
– Airport arrivals coordination and meet and greet
– Shuttle and transport logistics management for all guest movements (Shuttles quoted separately)
– Welcome gift sourcing and personalization
– Dedicated WhatsApp guest line throughout your wedding week
– On-site coordination for up to 3 events with assistant
– Supplier liaison and day-of execution
– Post-event wrap-up and vendor returns

The Passport
For the couple whose vision has no borders. Fully custom and completely bespoke.
We work with just 2 Passport couples per year, because a package with no limits deserves planning with no shortcuts.

This package was designed for the couple whose dream does not fit inside a single country, a single week, or anyone else’s pre-designed itinerary. You have a vision that is entirely your own. You are not looking for a template. You are looking for a team who will listen to exactly what you are dreaming of and then go and make it happen, across every border, every time zone, and every detail in between.
This might be a bush ceremony in South Africa or a coastal celebration in Mozambique. An intimate gathering in Italy or a homecoming reception in Cape Town. Whatever it looks like, we design it, we coordinate it, and we create the magic for you.
Because we work with just 2 Passport couples per year, this is the most personal and most immersive experience we offer.
You have a private client portal where you can see every detail of your planning in real time. You have a 24-hour response line throughout your entire wedding week. And you have a team that has genuinely never not found a way.
We live by the philosophy that the impossible we do immediately, miracles take a little bit longer and cost a little bit more.
